Family Manager / Personal Assistant

Here is your chance: in this exceptional role, you will look after a family of entrepreneurs and organise everything - from ordering clothes to organising travel. You will work in a home office and sometimes at different locations in Switzerland, exceptionally also abroad. You are always available for the family and offer the best possible support.
Your challenge
  • Ordering (online)
  • Travel and event management for the family (booking hotel and flight, organising tickets, etc.)
  • Search for the best stylists, doctors and teachers (from abroad if necessary)
  • Responsible for household maintenance (hiring cleaners)
  • Pay bills, renew licences, etc.
  • Various other ad-hoc tasks possible

Your profile
  • Completed apprenticeship (KV, commercial school or hotel industry), current or completed studies, professional experience
  • Practice in a similar position
  • German (mother tongue); English (quite fluent, medium correspondence independently); other foreign languages (advantageous)
  • MS-Office (common user skills); online shop
  • Willingness to travel
  • Pro-active thinking and acting, sense of responsibility
  • Independence, flexibility (working hours / area of responsibility)
  • Attention to detail, reliability
